Paragraph 12, Landlord's Liability, of the Lease Agreement states:
"Tenant agrees that the Landlords shall not be liable for any personal property damage or personal injury occurring in or upon the subject premises. Landlord will maintain liability, fire and flood insurance on the building only. Landlord furnishes no insurance on any or all of the tenant's or tenant's guests or invitees, personal belongings, furniture, clothing, or jewelry; owned, leased, loaned or borrowed by tenant, tenant's guest or invitees. Landlord is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings due to any reason."
