ABOUT US
OBR Housing is owned and managed by Bloomsburg
residents William Jay and Robyn Madara Jay
William (B.J.) has over 40 years experience in the
building trades, currently working as a local
contractor, specializing in plumbing, heating, and
high efficiency gas boilers.
Robyn has over 35 years experience in business
administration, including 5 years working in the
off-campus housing industry.
Over the years we have both been very active in our
community, volunteering our time and services to
many organizations including the Children's Museum,
the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, the Boy Scouts,
Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Columbia County,
Caring Communities for AIDS,
and the Women's Center.
We strive to offer our student tenant's a safe and
comfortable place to live while they are attending
Bloomsburg University. We hope they will consider
our apartments their home away from home.
We promote and encourage our student tenants to
excell in their academic achievements by working
