FINANCIAL AID RENT EXTENSION INFORMATION
In our effort to promote academic excellence, we are willing to work with our
financial aid student tenants on meeting their rental fee due dates.
If you are awaiting financial aid in the form of a student loan,
grant, or scholarship, you may request an extension to the due date
by completing the Rent Extension Form

REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED
NO LATER THAN THE ORIGINAL DUE DATE
A COPY OF YOUR FINANCIAL AID AWARD LETTER
MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH YOUR APPLICATION
Requests will NOT be processed without proof of financial aid.
FALL 2013 / SPRING 2014 EXTENDED DUE DATES
Fall 2013 (due 8/1): New Due Date - September 9, 2013
Spring 2014 (due 12/1): New Due Date - February 3, 2014
If approved for a Finanicial Aid Rent Extension, the student tenant agrees
to pay the rental fee by the new due date. If paid in a timely manner,
the Landlord will waive the interest and penalties to the tenant,
If the tenant DOES NOT pay the rental fee by the new due date,
the Landlord can charge a late fee and interest dating back to
the original rental due date.
