$400.00 Security Deposit due at signing of lease agreement

Rents are due August 1st and December 1st

ALL UTILITIES included in rent (except phone & cable)

Parents MUST sign Parental Guaranty

TOWN ADDENDUM
The Town of Bloomsburg requires an Addendum to Residential Rental Agreement
be signed by all tenants/landlords entering into a rental contract.

PARENT/GUARDIAN RENTAL GUARANTY
We require all tenants to provide a completed
Parent/Guardian Rental Guaranty form, which must be
signed by both parents (if deceased or divorced, please indicate),
and must be signed and sealed by a Public Notary.
We encourage your parents to visit OBR Housing,
so they may meet us, and see where you will be living
while attending the University.
(Public Notary verification is not necessary if we meet your parents)
